This tea is the highest grade of green tea in the world. It is grown in the shade for 30 to 40 days before harvesting, giving it a sweeter flavor and lighter color than the teas grown in direct sunlight. Our tea is harvested from the mountains of Shizuoka, Japan. We have a special process that allows us to preserve the freshness of our teas.
